Cienfuegos, my personal favorite town. We stayed in an excellent casa on a bay with sunrise for breakfast and sunset on the other side of the house. A horse taxi was the usual way into the centre. |

These steam locos were still in service during the sugar cane harvest (la zafra) in 2006. However, both mills (Pepito Tey and Mal Tiempo) were closed when we arrived. |
