Construction:
|
Build up your model from etched brass parts or file a piece of brass to the shape you want. The only rules to be followed are:
|
* Compensate for about 5% shrinking (i.e. make your master model 5% larger)
|
* Use solder with a melt temperature above 150°C
|
|
Allow yourself some time to make a good master model and try to get a good surface finish.

Serial production:

I use MK
Trading in Seoul. They make a great job for a tenth of the price in Germany and with better quality. Simply send your master model to them and ask for a quotation. In a couple of weeks you will have your serial batch at home, a multiple of perfect copies of your master.
